Are you looking at the initials? It maybe just be Die Deterioration that you are seeing. A closer view would be a lot more help.

The N in ONE looks like it has a bit of MD. Other than that I'm not spotting anything.

Better pictures would help. I highly doubt that it's a DDR though.

I have seen a ton of them like that,all puffy looking. Might be a worn die issue, but I do not think it is a DDR.

I agree get some tighter pictures of the area you have questions about, nice pictures just a little to far to spot anything
