No levitation, just coins held in the force lines between the two magnets. I do like when he gets it spinning fast enough the the centrifugal force causes it to start coming apart which unbalances it and causes the whole structure to collapse, and the the forces causing the coins to completely bridge between the magnets..

True - thanks for the correction - no actual levitation. I had been watching a bunch of this guys (some very interesting) videos with actual magnetic levitation and I guess the word stuck in my head.

In one intereating vid he attaches a magnetic cube to a Dremel and does levitate another magnetic cube with it. I think, if you want to see that one, you can look in his vids for a title mentioning something about a "tractor beam."
