Looking at it and it looks to be a lamination error but not hundred percent sure due to the crack in the head. Thoughts?

I'm with the frog on this one--there is a lam affecting the letter N, but the lower linear mark looks more like a scrape to me than a lam. Also, there appears to be the faintest start to a die crack going from the left wheat stalk to the rim on the rev.
