The strong die flow lines are evident on the reverse of your coin, so you have a Very Late Die State coin that was struck with a very worn out die, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S Mint. This is the normal wear and tear process on the die, as it doesn't last forever. It will eventually start to breakdown, as the die ages.
