Badger Mint Valued Member United States 324 Posts	Posted 09/21/2019 11:47 am If it is a mint made product, that would be a struck through fragment error. If a small piece of metal gets struck, bounces around in the press, then lands on a blank and then gets struck again, it will leave this kind of mark.
