Poor condition, funny how it is badly worn on half of the coin though.

No grade. IMHO, the apparent wear is abnormal, and the coin would be body-bagged. The coin was likely VG-8 or VG-10, and appears to have been hammered between pieces of leather to eliminate part of the design. Lowball grades are only assigned with normal wear.
