MorgansRmine,
I'm guessing it's a 1997 , if so I just found one last night but it's not in very good shape. I have found two other 1997 Dbl. ear LMC in the past looking through rolls that are in pretty good shape .
Congrats on your find .

Hi,

I would love to hear if it is indeed a 1997 Doubled Ear cent. Of course it looks identical to the ones seen on the 1997 cents, so it probably is.

It would be truly amazing to find this same "look" on a cent minted in another year. It happened in 1997, so my thought is , Why couldn't it happen in another year where the single squeeze hubbing method was used on cents.

(Poorly worded, but I'm tired) :-)

Thanks,
Bill

It is indeed a 1997. I too would like to find one on a different date. Not yet, but still looking.
