Looks like the same location as the 1960D-1MM-035 and same spread.

You might check to see if any markers match? The one by the 0 in the Date and the last A on America. A better image would help to include all of the date and the coin tuned in the light 180 degrees to show the lower portion of the mint mark and the east side of the MM.

Coop, for some reason the text I wrote with the original post did not show up. Both of the die scratches are present on the reverse, although my QX5 will not pick them up. I need to upgrade my equipment. Toys will only ever be toys.
