Too many scratches and too much wear to be in collectible condition due to the large number minted.

It's a well worn old soldier. Kids went nuts for these in the sixties. They weren't aware that dealers had rolls and boxes of them. Each and every GV five cents found in pocket change was carefully handled and placed in an old blue album. And here multiple decades later they've not appreciated a bit.
