We discussed this a while back: I'm not a collector of these. The graded examples I would have turned down as being FS. But PCGS slabbed them that way. Report this Post to the Staff

This is the area that concerns me the most: The hits you highlighted are also important, but the central lower step blending into the step above it is the most common reason for it to not be FS in my mind. However, that says nothing of what a TPG may give it. Their standards are generally a bit lower.
