It's marked on its edge as having been made by Northwest Territorial Mint - General Fraser is now retired, but hardly inactive. He remains heavily involved with his alma mater, Texas A&M University, as well as serving as an advisor/consultant to several companies, including the Sierra Nevada Corporation, Northrup Grumman, Sarcos Robotics, aVolt Incorporated, Knight Aerospace Medical Systems, and Kinetic Performance Dog Food.
