This coin has some zinc rot. Would an acetone dip be appropriate?

Thanks

I would advise against acetone on this one. Likely will not clear up the problems and could make things worse.

Thanks guys, so consensus is no DDO and a terminal case of Z-rot?

Here is a side by side with a normal coin and a DDO-002:

Tour coin looks like a normal one. Another year the master hub was dying and they created the small date to replace the large date cents obverse die.
