2000 P Lincoln Memorial Cent With Retained Struck Through!? (Found CRH)

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 73628 Posts	Posted 10/02/2019 4:47 pm I found this in a mixed roll, from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. Is this a Retained Struck Through error? It will not come off. It's stuck in there. What do you think guys? Am I right on it being a Retained Struck Through error? Errers and Varietys.
