The reverse side is missing letters and they dont appear to have been worn off. Any info would be appreciated

@CA, first welcome to CCF. Second, normally missing letters like this are a matter of a grease-filled die. Your second pic is a little odd in that it looks like there is a broad depression in the coin, reaching from the top of the N and E in ONE up to the rim at 12 o'clock. Is that true or is this area flat and level with the rest of the field on the reverse?

Thank you! It's a depression I was trying to get a good angle so that you could see it. It's odd how there isn't any damage arkind it or scratches like it was worn down or anything on the other side

Ok yes, I agree with @gf, that your cent was struck through a sizable mass of grease. Typically, this would just fill in some of the letters, but for your coin the effect was larger.
