Can anyone help me determine if this is a error coin...3/4 of the rim is completly flat not raised and the bottom of the obverse side has a huge Cud...it does not appear it has been damaged by somebody as there is no scratches/scraps on the coin

Damaged coin. Not a mint error. A coin killer got a hold of it.

@Fbalstud, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @coop that your coin looks damaged as I can see how the metal has been deformed, perhaps by squeezing it on edge in a vice.
