I would love some opinions on this coin. To me, it looks like a Roosevelt dime Obverse on the Reverse of the 1936 Wheat penny. Anyone agree? Is this a Double Denomination? Thanks

Just for information, the Roosevelt dime had not yet been minted in 1936, The Roosevelt was first minted in 1946.
