The first dot could be a blister or Die Deterioration causing the distortion.


I was thinking the raised area behind Lincoln's head might be from the left planter on the stairs but because it is raised would that mean it is a counter clash if it is the planter? A counter clash could also explain it being higher and out of normal alignment.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
