I've never been able to find one. Curious... How many coins do you search through in an average week? When you inspect coins do you use a loupe or a digital viewing method? coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/10/2019 9:45 pm Not the two lines on the bar?. Was the die hubbed twice? No. The doubled DDR is showing one of the stylabites and the edge of the column, making an appearance before the hub snapped into the correct location completing the new die. That is why they are called class 9 doubled dies. The hubbing starts with the hub tilted slightly, then makes contact, then when the full pressure starts to occur, the hub snaps into the correct position correcting all evidence of the first kiss, except the central part of the die. Only hubbed once. Just that the hub moved and snapped into the correct position. Report this Post to the Staff
