Normal Business Strike coin. Shouldn't be confused with the 1990 no S Proof Cent. Not even worth getting it graded! In most cases, the answer is usually no for TPG's. https://www.PCGS.com/top100/coin9

I agree, images to train the eye a lot more than reading about something. My image count on my host is 10,146) And still adding to it.
