Edited original post to include rotated die pictures, I noticed there was a rotated die when I went to put it in the 2x2! Pleasant surprise!

How many degrees do you think it is of by? First one I have ever found

The obverse is not exactly straight. Do you have editing software. Get the obverse image straight in the holder, then take a new image of the reverse. Then adjust the image to see how many degrees it would take to make the base of the building level with the building upside down. Less than 45 degrees is common.
