1976 nickel looks like its made of copper? color blind but to me this looks like copper

Also the obverse and reverse die is over polished. Note the nose is thinned and the devices are made smaller from the over polishing. Reverse is showing a weakened design and thinned devices. Not premium for this, as all dies are over polished to have something undesirable removed from them. All non War Nickels have copper in them. 75% copper and 25% nickel. The exposed silver color coming through on the surface looks like the coin was harshly roughed up to remove the normal coating found on a homeless coin. No premium beyond face value and very spendable.
