The die was over polished and looks like it altered the design. Note the missing false column and the weakened statue and pedestal is removed. So hard to say for sure what was there when the die was fresh.

You have to consider the shape of the leg on out left. It is almost square. That maybe a clue, because this die was altered before your coin was struck.

What if it's C+VIII+CVI DDR coop? That could explain the thickness of the leg and angle of the doubling.

On the bar cents they are most often Class 9 doubled dies.

True coop, but the shoe does fit givin the angle. I've seen C-VIII bar vents so the combination isn't impossible. Plus it does make the most sense.
