I have the standard 2x2 holders but does anyone have any experience with these:

30 mm Coin Capsules and 5 Sizes... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CNDTYC...mob_ap_share

Do you think they would react with the coins because the plastic holder, foam, or case?

I don't know about that particular product but it would depend on what those gaskets are made of. If they have a "vinyl" component [I know that's vague] they could cause corrosion of the metal. If you want to use polypro capsules, you might be better off to stick with the direct fit Air-tites. Last I checked, Jake's has the best price when ordered in volume.

Having just cleaned foam from the 1960s off a number of coins, I would strongly advocate a perfect fitting plastic capsule instead of one with foam boarders. But you have to understand: the difference in materials in the time frame there is huge; we have far better foams and plastics now. But, the flipside of that is that no one has kept a coin in modern foam for 50+ years to see what happened...
Plastic . just watch out for anything with chlorine in it.

I would just buy non PVC 2x2 flips. I've been using them for a couple of years now, and my coins look exactly the same as when I put them in there.

EVA = Ethylene vinyl acetate, claims to be a safe alternative to PVC... you decide over the long haul...

Edied: If you value your coins, I would stick with airtites, best for storing coins, IMO

I've used them for years. There are flips also, but don't use the soft flips as they cause PVC damage on the coins. I use a brother printer to label my 2X2's but discovered, the tape wrapped around the 2X2, with the edges inwards, will react with the coins. So if you are using this label maker, just attach the tape only on the outside of the 2X2.

I have several coins that I mounted in the standard 2X2's back in the early 60's. They look like I just mounted them in the holder yesterday.
