I may one day be able to accurately grade till then I just have opinions. It appears full red with a bunch of small dings on the obverse what would concern me is the rim at 8 o'clock on the obverse. Beautiful besides what ever is going on there.

I would have guessed atleast ms60 but figured the damage on the reverse could mean its ex-jewelry I have a canadian large cent that was made into jewelry if that were the case I am certain it would get a details grade. My jewelry lg cent I bought because what I thought was luster I later learned was what was left of the gold plating.

MS62 mainly because of the dings on the face of the king.
