I'll go with MS63RB just because I personally feel ICCS is tough on grading. Beautiful coin!

Beautiful coin, the reverse looks to be the result of a tired and dirty reverse die with clogging and die cracks.
The obverse die was in much better condition resulting in a very nice obverse strike.
There's still a few contact marks so I agree with MS64 RB.

Thanks everyone for your guesses! I agree with most of you that it's MS-65 RB, but ICCS actually gave it a grade of MS-65 RED.
