Is the outside edge normal?

It appears to be a MAD, but no weakness on the reverse.

hey coop thanks for the reply, so the edge is perfect the only thing I noticed is that it is ever so slightly thinner near the date(where there is no rim) and normal thickness where the misalignment is thickest. hope these pics help

also any opinions on LIBERTY?

So if the edge is flat, then it is not a partial collar. So it is a MAD coin. Common as none of the devices fall over the edge of the coin.
