1978-D Lincoln Double Mintmark?

Hi everyone,
I was doing some penny hunting and came across this penny. The errors book that I have says that the 1978-D has a double mintmark variety. This coin is not in the best shape, but that mintmark definitely looks suspicious to me. I was wondering what you all think? Also, I'm still fairly new to coin collecting, so I would appreciate any input on what the grade and value of such a coin would be if it is that variety?
