A closer view might show us more. I see what looks like a line, but not raised or incuse. (Maybe a stain?)

It goes right across the eyelid is that Machine Doubling (nose) Broke my good camera hope this helps . Does not appear to be a stain can I use toothpick to see if raised or incused

I'd try a light touch with the tooth pick. If it's a plating bubble, as is so often the case, that might help determine what it is.
