This one seems to me somewhat better than what is usually seen. Would it merit certification, or is it still a little too "run of the mill"?

Stronger obverse than reverse, I'll say VF-30 overall.

separation of check and jaw, ear separation, hairline separation and detail in hair, separation of bowtie and collar. weakly struck reverse but looking at the left stock the outline is fully separated from the kernels. technically I think this coin is XF40 range but the dings, weak reverse and overall eye appeal are going to net it down into the VF30+ area value wise. not worth grading as its probably in the $45 range
Rest in Peace

Strong VF-30. As noted by others, not worth grading/slabbing.
