Out of focus, looks to be VF-35 to EF-45.

Too blurry to evaluate accurately. Looks high VF/low EF. but then there seem to be traces of red on the obverse?  Sharper pics will settle this.

A little better . I'm going to go with VF-35 But not to sure what's with the obverse of that coin . Just looks weird .
