Appears to be a Heavy Raised Die Issue at One Cent on Reverse? Any Thoughts? Thanks.

Never heard of that. I thought it was called DDD or worn die issue.

I thought maybe it could be a Die Deterioration but wasn't sure what the terminology was for this issue. Thanks John1.

If it isn't a plating bubble it is interesting and a keeper.

Thanks Moxking and very much appreciated. It is solid and I am definitely going to hold onto it as one of my best Die Deterioration examples. I like the curvature of it at the inner lower portion of the "N" in "Cent" where it stops and thought it was interesting.

It looks like a corrosion dome or large plating blister. I found this image on Coin World and a link to the Collectors' Clearinghouse column on Surface Bumps on coins.
