I don't see any hallmarks or indications of the manufacturer in your pics, but is there anything that you can see to get us started with the coin in hand? Added: another thought (perhaps just stating the obvious)... Looks like this was issued in 1987 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the GGB.
