I found this quarter doing laundry. I can not find a circle error on tbe face of the coin anywhere else. Any help would be appreciated, I am new to the world of coin collecting. Thank you in advance.

@rr, first welcome to CCF. Second, as it turns out, that ring is actually a scratch on the front of your quarter from the machine that rolls up the quarters. It isn't a mint error.
