I found this penny and every letter or number on the obverse looks strange...like a groove or something... I am putting up a couple pics they were the best I could get for now...
Not a doubled die. Just Machine Doubling. The DDO-003 is not a match: Note the width of the '99' (normal die) Also no image of TRUST, which stands out like an elephant on the road ahead of you.
Thanks for all the welcomes... I didn't think it was a DDO I just thought it was odd how all letters and numbers look concave...Wish I had better pics...If I am able to get any I'll post them...
Well better picture will not change my mind. Note the MD on the date and the motto is showing flattening on the tops of those devices. We can see from the images provided. Move on to the next ones. Your eye is getting there, but you still not able to ID Machine Doubling yet. Just for personal interest, I would love to see clearer photos of the two areas in the photos I posted below. The devices on each side of the valley appearing dip, are at the same level. If MD, shouldn't one side be lower than the other, not the same level, isn't that correct ? A clear photo with different lighting may show that there is a difference in height.
