Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 11/01/2019 11:49 pm to CCF! I also think it's a really nice die chip. The center of the C was broken off when the coin was struck. The metal of the planchet spread into the hole left in the die and formed the shape you see. That's why the copper plating isn't broken and it doesn't show any scratches cutting into the bright surface. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting?
