I saw the word Liberty without a magnifier anything. If this is a real double die this would be my first ever and also I was wondering would that be a proof coin so shiny?

Need a close up of areas in question. Proof is not a condition,it is a method on minting. Your coin is a business strike.

certainly a business strike. I think what you see is MD. esp on the date. I can't be certain, but the spotting and a couple of nicks will knock it out of a mint state, but I haven't graded coins enough to know for certain. Mint state is the word I think you meant instead of proof.
Rest in Peace

This will help you see the differences between a normal business strike coin and a proof coin and cameo and D-Cam cameo coins.
