It's just a standard copper LMC, they made copper cents in 1982 and they also made zincoins that year. It's not in great condition, but if you want to have it graded go right ahead.

half the coins minted in 82 were copper 3.1 grams and the other half were copper plated zinc 2.5 grams so there is nothing really special about it. having it graded would be a waste of money IMHO

If you have a 1983 that is 3.1 grams you have a winner.

Hi! I think they are in bad shape so might not be worth much. On the left are the pennies that weigh 2.5 & right weigh 3.5. I feel like I'm addicted or something... every time I see loose change, I find myself inspecting them!  Thanks for all your help & feedback!
