@Dyjofe09, perhaps you could tell us what errors you are seeing with the coin in hand. In these pics, I'm only seeing circulation wear and tear.

It looks like it is a planchette error. It seems to me that it was struck with a dime planchette.

Note the outside devices on this coin? They are normal. The color would be silver colored, the weight be be normal for a dime and the devices would be on the the edge of the rim:
