1993 P Washington Quarter Error Reverse. Have You Seen This Before?

There seems to be a lot going on with this coin. On the reverse you can see something that looks almost like a third claw ripping the arrows. Also, looking at the " quarter dollar" you can see some doubling possibly tripling? Especially in the R.

It's a normal circulated quarter with PMD. It's Die Deterioration or Machine Doubling.

I just check and neither of the sites (2 I checked) show a DDR that year. But if you take some closer view of the devices like and image for each block of letters. (IE'Quarter) (Dollar) (United) ETC.. I could take a closer look. Sometime the devices are filled with grease and makes the devices look wider:

Sometimes they are damaged and you can see push marks across the tops of the devices. (I cann't see close enough to tell on your coins images yet) But note the images above. Images like that to show all the devices in each block unedited. I can adjust them to show what I need to see. In the 1200 Pixel wide range would be great.
