Can anyone give me guidance on this. I cant see if this is just a chip under the D mint mark

Looks like the mintmark was hit by coins opened from a roll. These will often leave damage to coin the in the drawer and often leave parallel lines on the damaged area. (watch out below!)

@rk97, with this level of circulation wear, it is a little hard to say whether it is damage or a die chip, but @coop's opinion above would be my working theory.
