Kloccwork419,I'm no expert but it looks to me to be a die clash probably part of Lincolns' collar.Lets wait and hear from the xperts.

Just a die clash, yes...it also has a misaligned second die clash, which makes it sort of interesting, yet not valuable. Die clashes and secondary die clashes are common.
