1982 Large Date Lincoln Cent, Doubled Die Obverse / DDO & Doubled Die Reverse / DDR !?!

Blueridge Silverhound (YouTube channel) did a video about the DDO stating the DD is most noticeable on "IN GOD WE TRUST" and referred to it as scarce! This DD on this penny is visible in it entirety, obverse and reverse so if it is what it appears to be, I'm in disbelief! I'm eager to receive all your feedback and insight. Thank you! Willburton Pillar of the Community United States 2558 Posts	Posted 11/06/2019 10:30 pm I've found a similar coin and the zinc 1982 coins have had a lot of time to deteriorate. There is no extra thickness to the devices on the coin, therefore not a doubled die, just the letters caving in. Report this Post to the Staff
