It has collar clash, thousands of contact marks on the area that wasn't struck and even shows the copper core on the incomplete reverse edge. It's an interesting error coin for study. The mis-alignment of a strike hit the collar and altered that outside edge of the die. Collar clash is confused so often as a "double struck" coin because it shows reeding on the edge and the rim. This coin has lots of information about the way the coin was struck, if you know what to look for. Error-ref.com is such a great resource for the error collector.
