Even without focusing on the date, "Medium extra thickness on date with some separation of 59." can be noted as indicated by the URL you posted from Variety Vista. CoinTheTerm line of thinking can be one of the causative factors related to your concern - 'splashed'. Other factors might be included but not limited to where you bought your coin, how you store the coin, chemicals/acids you are using in your place.... that's my newbie's line of thinking.... let's wait for the experts opinions...
