I found a 1962 canada Elizabeth11 1 cent at work. I don't know anything about canada coins. Hopefully some one here can help me out.

Its worth about .007 USD more valuable as melt.

Welcome to the forum!

That 1962 cent could be the start of a Canadian cent collection for you. You'll find a lot of information on this forum about small and large Canadian cents. I think they are a lot of fun to collect and learn about.

In average circulated condition they are only worth face value in Canada. Although they no longer circulate they can still be deposited in a bank.
