I was searching through a box of nickels and I found this nickel in a roll that looks like the 1964 D over D error. To me it is very convincing, but I want to make sure this nickel is what I think it is by asking some experts. I would greatly appreciate the appraisal of someone who has more experience than me in error coins. Thank you.

to Community. I agree with broken post on the MM. On the obverse you have a slight misaligned die.

Also the die is in the later die states, so note the direction on the right side, is where we would be the metal movement. So the broken post, the die wearing and Machine Doubling are two different events, but stuff happens when the dies age. But you also have another minor issue with your coin. It is also a MAD (Mis-Aligned-Die) coin as well. But it is not out of alignment enough to be a collectable. When the devices fall over the edge, then they are collectable.
