Guys explain how this letter "I" is over the crack.
I have put pressure on the spot using a cloth to protect the surface. It is seems to be a scratch which got my attention because the "I" is on top it. This could mean that the planchete was damaged before the die impacted it hence making it a unique error. The "I" is not damaged hence it cannot be a Post Mint Error or the "I" would have the scratch damage also.

@ikuna, can you depress this linear region with a wooden toothpick? It looks like a plating bubble to me.

Added: for the pics, I believe that it may come from taking pictures with your cell phone held vertically (i.e. in one hand). Try rotating the camera so that you can hold it with both hands to see if those pics are right-side up.

The devices are incuse on the EPU shield cents. This is as mention over the devices. Not in the same sense as raised devices. The devices are incuse on this area, and the single mark is on the field area. So bein on the field makes it over the devices as the devices are lower than the fields. So it is just c contact mark during circulation. No premium. Just an altered normal coin.
