Looks like Die Deterioration Doubling to me(however I'd wait for a second opinion), but I'm not sure about the mint mark. Closer and better pictures of that area would help.

WOW DUDE that's a fine how do ya do for a new member. There are MANY gentleman and a few ladies that come to COIN COMMUNITY to post and also answer Questions for people and give info and also to get some info. Its a place to learn about the many different coin people collect or are searching for answers. If your not happy here and think your being mislead WELL THEN don't post walk away. A lot of the people at CCF have been involved with coins one way or another for years. So take it for what you will and IF YOUR THEN MOVE ON.

I'm not seeing a DDR. I see extreme die wear on UNITED on the tops of the devices starting to flow to the rim. Obverse is showing the swelling master hub issue that was replaced in 1969. A lot of coin contact from circulation, but that is to be expected for a coin that has been out there for 50+ years.
John1:
Some claim as late as 1981-D, but I'm thinking more towards the 1950's era for the end of over mintmarks.

I was always under the assumption that OMMs ended in the late 1950's,I was trying to get the OP to do some research on their own. I think that when you look stuff up yourself, you tend to retain the info much better.
