Die crack. The Cumberland Island DDR I found the other week also had a similar die crack.

Die crack at the tip of the FEATHER.Not a extra wing or DDR.

No, the doubling on the letters is either Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling because the letters are incuse. Not a doubled die.

On the States quarters and the ATB rverses, the DDR is located in the central areas of the design on the reverses.
