2019 P Jefferson Nickel With Raised Line On Obverse

The lighting is confusing. The third image makes it look incuse. The fourth image makes it look raised. I would take a thin piece of paper and a sharp pencil and put it over the coin. And make a line East to west on one area, and another one west to east a bit lower on the paper. (single line) Then loo at the paper. On which side of the line over that area is the line darker? E-W if it is stronger on the right, then it is raised. If it is stronger on the left, then it is incuse.

Just opposite for the W-E line. The line will be darker at the coin of resistance, like a speed bump, it will show stronger when it reaches the rise. Dark on the area where it hits the rim for an incuse line on the opposite side of the area in question. (you will need to make a mark for the center line of the area in question on the top and bottom of the line, to see what side is the dark line will fall. (I know its complex, but this one looks complex)

Well the pencil idea made me think also for another solution for incuse or raised areas on a coin. Foil has two colors. The top is shiny and the bottom is dull. So if you took a small piece and flattened it onto that area in question, then the shiny would indicate a raised area if it rises up there on that side. And it it is incuse it would show raised on the dull side indicating it is incuse.
